  answer = Not all. There are many with the proper permits, but apparently the County of Maui believed there were also many without permits. BEFORE giving a DEPOSIT, it is best to insure your place is LEGAL. Some Vacation Rental companies have gone out of business recently, and deposits were not returned.

  answer = No. But, you might consider some suntan lotion when you get here!
